超級盃少年國際象棋錦標賽成功舉行
超級盃少年國際象棋錦標賽成功舉行 二百多位小棋手切磋棋藝，場面熱鬧壯觀 由北美華人國際象棋協會主辦，超越棋院及丫丫園地親子網站協辦的第一屆「超級盃少年國際象棋錦標賽」於5月28日星期六在亞凱迪亞市美生大會堂成功舉辦。這次活動獲得 ScholarShare 加州529大學儲蓄計畫全力支持，並贊助全場參賽者紀念 tee恤、獎杯及獎金。 這次比賽自推出以來反應非常熱烈，當天有超過200位來自南加各地的優秀少年棋手參加，最小的年齡只有4歲。比賽從早上十點開始，分五組進行各五場比賽，讓小棋手們切磋棋藝。經過一整天的激烈競爭，各組產生了冠亞季軍及多位優勝棋手，分別獲得精美獎牌和獎座，還有豐富禮物包，公開組優勝選手更可獲得豐富獎金，讓大家笑逐顏開。 主辦單位北美華人國際象棋協會會長鄧孔亮表示：「國際象棋對於少兒智力開發、培養邏輯思維，和建立頑强意志都有極大的幫助！在投入每局象棋比賽中，小朋友的邏輯性、空間性、紀律性和抗挫折性都大大得以提升！我們很高興這次比賽獲得棋手和社區的極大支持，希望日後能安排更多大型的國際象棋賽事，讓喜歡下棋的青少年能交流切磋，讓棋藝更進一步！」 為了鼓勵更多小朋友接觸和認識國際象棋的奧妙和趣味，比賽當日同場並舉行「象棋基礎入門教學工作室」，由多位資深導師為初學象棋的兒童免費提供一對一基礎入門教學，帶領着小朋友進入國際象棋的「棋」妙世界！ 超級盃少年國際象棋錦標賽各組優勝棋手名單： K-4 U400組冠軍
