Acorn Festival

11/17/2019

Businesses and organizations lined both sides of Railroad Avenue in Four Oaks Saturday for a Business Expo, part of the annual Acorn Festival. Here, Dr. Michelle Elliott, right, and Jamie Bell, left, of Cleveland Chiropractic and Massage watches as Jared Petterson of Four Oaks and his kids, Grayson, 6, and Reece, 9, spin the wheel for prizes.

Throughout the year, the Garden offers events that celebrate our connections to California native plants and the environment. These festivals, shows, concerts and other events provide new ways to experience the Garden. Some events are free with general admission; if events are ticketed, you may purchase your tickets online through the registration links below or at our Admissions Kiosk.

This family event is a celebration of our connections to California native plants and the Native American peoples that tended the environments of California for millennia. Native American tribal leaders and culture keepers will demonstrate and share these connections through ceremonial dance, art and activities!
