There is a $3 per ticket fee for buying concert tickets online or by phone. There is no surcharge when you buy them in person at our store. Concert tickets are never mailed or shipped. They are held for pickup at our door on the night of the show, or you can get them in advance, if you like, whenever we’re open. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please also note that the taking of photographs and all other forms of recording are strictly prohibited during concerts at McCabe’s®. Your fellow patrons thank you, as do we.
