LOS ANGELES CULTURAL PARADE | Saturday, June 23, 2018 The 7th Annual Los Angeles Culture Festival and Hollywood Carnival Parade, will take place from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The parade will begin on Hollywood Boulevard at Western Avenue at 11:00 AM, and will head west, ending at Highland Avenue. Throughout the entire parade, a rolling street closure of Hollywood Boulevard will be in effect, with the street re-opening by 5:00 PM.
