3-3:30pm – The Immortals Lion Dance

• The Immortals Lion Dance Team is a social network of close friends and family members that train and perform together to help spread the Chinese Culture through the art of the Chinese Ceremonial Lion and Dragon Dance. The Lion in the Chinese Culture symbolizes power, courage, and good fortune,chases away evil spirits and brings happiness and good luck. The Immortals are based in the City of Monterey Park where our team practices weekly on the Lion Dance by applying the stance and footwork from Traditional Kung Fu and by adding in the characteristics of the Feline.

3:30-4pm – Soo Sings

• Soo Sings is an LA based Jazz band whose dynamic expression and emotion help bring heartfelt performances to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. They believe music is a gift, and gifts are best when shared!

4-4:15pm – Raffles & Giveaways

4:15-4:40pm – Cydney Ee

• Cydney Ee is a singer-performer based in Los Angeles. Aspired to follow her dreams, she entered many singing competitions to challenge herself and continues that journey even after she was crowned champion of ETTV Top Idol in 2015. With over 1.5 million views on YouTube, her passion in singing allows her to deliver a blend of pop ballad music with her own unique style.

4:45-5pm – WeBreak Hip-Hop Dance Company

• WeBreak is a mobile hip-hop dance company specializing in teaching kids how to break in a fun and safe environment while building confidence! On 2/2, WeBreak will be doing a special LNY-related performance to welcome the Year of the Pig!

5-5:30pm – Weilim Lin

• Weilim Lin is the 2010 Happy Boys North American 1st place champion. The 2015 voice of China. In 2019, the pre-sale album “Little Star” x “No Contact” was co-created with Hollywood producer Nathan Wang.

5:30-6pm – MASUMI

• With one voice and one guitar, Japanese singer-songwriter MASUMI transcends cultural borders. She creates music to give hope to others, yet not shying away from the darkness that makes us all human.

Registration is not necessary as the event is free, but registering now will expedite Registration at the event to receive Red Envelopes. At the event, learn how you can give to our Asian community by donating to our partners at the Asian Pacific Community Fund!
