Seems it only just started!  This is the closing weekend of the Ventura County Fair.

This fair has been around since the ’70s—the 1870s, that is. Ventura’s biggest event of the summer promises concerts, a rodeo, carnival rides, horse shows, livestock displays, and a youth expo.Tickets can be purchased in advance for a savings of $1 per ticket. Stroller and wagon rentals are available on site for $10-15.
