General public entry: 9am-12pm

Regular admission plus Halloween activities fee: $5 per child general public; $3 per child members

Start your Halloween celebration at the Arboretum.  Halloween activities are designed for children ages 10 and under including creepy science projects, fall book readings and walks, amazing photo opportunities, lawn games and other autumn crafts.  Dressing in costume is encouraged!

Flying Spiders with ScrapKins!
Join Recycled Art masters, ScrapKins to transform a cardboard tube and a  plastic bag into a flying Halloween spider and pick up an autographed copy of their book “ScrapKins: Junk Re-Thunk.” For purchase at the event.

ScrapKins is an interactive Recycled Arts Programs that inspires kids ages 5-10 to see the creative potential in everyday junk through hands-on STEAM based workshops and building experiences. Created by Author/Illustrator Brian Yanish,
