Families can pack a picnic dinner and enjoy free monthly concerts on the historic grounds of Rancho Los Cerritos.

Gates open for picnicking after 4:30 pm, with concerts from 5:30-7 p.m. The adobe home remains open for tours throughout the evening. Free; no pets allowed.

Stroll through the grounds of the historic rancho and watch both resident birds and seasonal migrants. Participants will also listen to the calls and songs, and potentially observe nesting as the seasons progress.

Meet in the lower parking lot at 8 a.m. sharp. Wear comfortable closed toed shoes and bring a hat and binoculars, if you have them. We also have a limited number of binoculars to lend, thanks to the generosity of Vortex Optics.
