作為 2019 年華埠小姐選舉熱身的華埠小國王小王后選舉，將在 12 月 1 日熱鬧舉行。

羅省中華總商會舉辦該項比賽已經超過40年，評選出的獲獎者經常參加社區活動及新年華埠金龍大遊行，並獲得洛市市議會頒獎。

參賽的小選手按照先後順序現場抽取問題，由兩位華埠小姐提問，問題包括上學喜歡哪些課程、平常愛好、喜歡什麼顏色、模仿描述某種動物等。每人回答兩到三個問題。

整個比賽的目的是讓參賽兒童可以享受到歡樂，有個美好的回憶，評委將通過提問、互相交流及才藝展示等方式選出最天真活潑的孩子。充當評委的則包括多名社區領袖和前任華埠小姐。這個活動可以幫助孩子提升自信，同時也讓他得到一個自我展示的機會。當然還有豐富的禮物和獎品等著每位參賽者和得獎者咯！

The Chinese Chamber of Los Angeles proudly presents the 2019 Chinese Chamber Little King & Queen Contest!  The event will be a day for  community members to come together and celebrate the little superstars of the greater Los Angeles area.

A maximum of 15 boys and 15 girls will be accepted to register.  Registrants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the contest:

(1) Be in the age range of 7-8 years old,

(2) Reside in Los Angeles County,

(3) Be of at least 25% Chinese ancestry,

and (4) Have at least one (1) responsible adult available to accompany the child on the day of the event.

Each Contestant will receive three (3) complimentary Guest Tickets as well as a Goodie Bag containing at least $50 worth of toys and treats.  Additional Guest Tickets can be purchased for $10. Refreshments will be provided for all Contestants and Guests.
