How to Enter:

  1. 1.  Draw your beloved daddy on this coloring template, feel free to add in yourself and everything you love. 
  2. 2.  Ask your parent to scan and e-mail this to La JaJa Kids before 6/13/2013 9:00 p.m.  (Parents: please include your name and phone number for contact purpose)
  3. 3.  We will publish your drawing for you on Father’s Day on La JaJa Kids website and Facebook page
  4. 4.   We will also enter you into a raffle drawing for a chance to win two tickets to the June 18th World Premiere Showing of Disney Pixar’s new summer movie Monster University at L A Live!  (Please see page bottom for terms and disclosures)

  1. 1.   發揮創意和愛爸爸的心意，把你的爸爸畫在填色表格上，也可以加上自己和其他你最愛的東西喔！
  2. 2.   請家長將完成作品在 6/13/2013 9:00pm 前電郵給丫丫園地（請附家長姓名和聯絡電話）
  3. 3.   我們將在父親節當天將所有小朋友的畫作刊登在丫丫園地網頁和臉書上，讓你傳情達意
  4. 4.   每個參加作品也同時成為一個參加丫丫有禮的抽獎參加表格，有機會被抽中成為 迪士尼+彼思 最新電影「怪獸大學」6月18日 全球首映的 2 張門票的幸運得主！（請閱讀本頁底部的 terms and disclosures）

  1.  Terms and disclosure: only one entry per drawing.  One prize will be drawn from all the entries on 6/16/2013.  Winner will be notificed by e-mail on 6/16/2013 and must reply to confirm by 6/17/2013 12:00 noon.  Lack of reply to the e-mail will result in forfeiture of prize.
  2. 每張填色表格等於一次抽獎機會；我們將於2013/6/16 在所有參加表格中抽出一位得獎者，並於同日以電郵通知得獎者領獎方法，得獎者必須在2013/6/17中午12:00前以電郵回覆以確認領獎，否則將當作放棄獎品論。
