Debbie Allen’s Hot Chocolate Nutcracker
Debbie Allen brings her Dance Academy's popular adaptation of the classic dance tale to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. The show has become a local holiday classic directed, choreographed by, and starring the unstoppable Ms. Allen. The show also stars Tisha Campbell-Martin, Carlo Imperato, Tichina Arnold, Matthew Johnson, and DADA, with music by Mariah Carey, James Ingram, and more. Proceeds benefit the students of DADA. Who needs snow? In Hermosa Beach, families can make their snowmen out of sand. This is a free, all ages, event open to the entire community. Registration begins at 9am; judging starts around 11:15am.
