We are pleased to present last year’s Disney/Pixar hit COCO – winner of the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film – FREE, outdoors, and on TWO nights – in Spanish (Sunday, May 13th) and English (Sunday, May 20th!).

Join us May 13th as we present Coco in its acclaimed Spanish dubbed version, featuring the voice talents of Marco Antonio Solís, Angélica Vale, Angélica Maria, and Gael García Bernal (who also voices his character, Héctor, in the English version of the film). We will also be presenting Coco in its English version, one week later on May 20th!

These free community screenings are being made possible by the generous support of Santa Ana Business CouncilEddie Quillares State Farm InsuranceJulio Arana Team – OMNI group real estate, and ASE Marketing Group. INC!

An inspiring, entertaining, and visually mesmerizing animated treat that also took home the Academy Award for Best Song for the unforgettable “Remember Me,” Coco is the story of Miguel, a young boy who dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz. The problem is, his family has adopted a strict, generations-old ban on music, after his great-great-grandmother had her heart broken by a musician. Desperate to prove his talent, an in defiance of his family, Miguel sneaks out to perform at a music festival – only to find himself lost in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead. After meeting a charming trickster named Héctor, the two new friends embark on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

A dazzling, and emotionally resonant, celebration of Mexico’s Día de Muertos Holiday and tradition, wherein those who are departed are remembered and honored, Coco was an international box office smash, becoming the highest-grossing film in Mexico after less than a month in theaters, and ultimately grossing over $800M worldwide.
