sd-kids-free2暑假雖然過去，但南加州的初秋天氣還是非常宜人，最適合開車到附近城市做短期觀光之旅。San Diego 和洛杉磯只是相隔短短兩小時車程，但是它的氣候、環境和遊樂設施都很有悠閒的南加特色。為了讓更多家庭能體驗聖地亞哥市的親切和舒適，San Diego 旅遊局特別舉行《開心十月》兒童免費玩轉聖地牙哥 Kids Free San Diego 大型推廣活動。

整個 10月份，所有12歲以下的兒童都可以免費享受各類旅遊優惠，包括：動物園和海洋世界免費入場、免費乘搭火車和遊船、免費兒童餐飲，還有各類免費遊樂課程體驗等等 . . .

Instead of driving, the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) invites families to take public transit. On Saturday and Sunday two children (12 and under) ride free with a paid adult and children five and under ride free with adults all the time.

Kids Free in October is presented by ScholarShare, California’s 529 College Savings Plan, with additional support provided by the San Diego Commission for Arts & Culture, County of San Diego and MTS.
