Kai Morita Wins LA County Spelling Bee
恭喜恭喜！經過多個回合的激烈比賽，今年的洛杉磯縣串字小蜜蜂比賽冠軍由Arcadia 學區(First Avenue School) 的Kai Morita (11歲) 奪得，猜猜他勝出的字是什麼？

The 9th Annual LA County Spelling Bee was held 3/26 at Almansor Court in Alhambra. 25 districts vied for the top two spots and the opportunity to represent Los Angeles at the State Bee in April. John "the Revelator" Irving emceed the event, rousing the crowd and encouraging spellers to "Beeee who your are and Beeeee who you want to beeeee!"
Coming out on top were Ryan Factora, from Newhall SD in third place, Daniel Ozaraga from Baldwin Park USD in second place and the top honor went to Kai Morita from Arcadia USD. Winning Word: thrombosis
Kai 除了可以獲得大獎杯和$300書券外，更會與亞軍 Daniel Ozaraga 一起代表洛杉磯縣參加四月舉行的全加州比賽。加油喔！
