Yuri’s Kids is a space festival with exciting activities, and the opportunity to see what rocket science is all about!

Students of all ages are invited to Columbia Memorial Space Center to learn about space, to participate in engineering design challenges, and to talk to young rocket engineers from Virgin Galactic, The SpaceShipCompany and other local space and tech companies. High school students will be able to meet rocket scientists, and learn about the variety of paths to industry and learn about propulsion, composite design, and more!

Yuri’s Night Kids extends the celebration of humanities venture into space to include our future astronauts and engineers, and gives them the chance to explore what it means to work in the space industry.
