DESCRIPTION:The August 26 event celebrates the City of San Fernando Birthday 5:00 pm Mexican Folk Dance JAM Session\n6:30 pm Mariachi Tesoro de San Fernando Concert\nAn enchanted evening under the stars with Mariachi Tesoro de San Fernando showcasing the talents of the finest student musicians from the award winning and nationally recognized\, City of San Fernando Mariachi Master Apprentice Program (MMAP).\n\nDelight in the vibrant music and dance of Veracruz! Step up on the tarima (wooden dance platform) with San Fernando’s own Ballet Folklorico Ollin who will walk you through this rhythmic dance style. The JAM will end with a fandango celebrating the entire community.\n\nWear comfortable clothes and shoes. JAM Sessions are participatory and centered around movement and music. All JAMs are FREE\, and all ages and skill levels are welcome.
