This year’s Spooky Science will be hosting the Monster Academy where students will learn hair-raising science lessons from some of the world’s most famous monsters.\n\n\t\n\n\tVisit the BeWitchery\, where Ashes\, the resident student witch\, uses chemistry to teach potion making\n\tParticipate in a workshop at Bolton’s Shock Lab\, a DIY space\, where you can learn how to code\, create sculptures that can harness the power of electricity\, or experiment with light and shadows to create a beautiful work of art\n\tHelp Vlad\, a student vampire\, discover his reflection in the infinity mirror\n\tSupport Webster\, the spider and become a web designer while playing with shapes and patterns\n\tAnd learn about the human body through putting Skellee\, a skeleton\, back together\n\n\n\nThe Monster Academy will also feature a “day-scare” learning center designed exclusively for teaching junior monsters what it takes for school success. Activities will be focusing on creative play\, shapes\, and colors as part of our Early Learning Core Initiative and electricity\, chemistry\, and optical illusions as part of our STEM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, and Math) Proficiency Core Initiative.\n\nSpooky Science will be open every day during the month of October.
