DESCRIPTION:10 am–1 pm\n\nIntergenerational class for students ages 10 and up\nWord Play: Ed Fella Design Class\n\nUsing markers and brushes\, learn different hand-lettering techniques to make words come alive! Posters\, postcards\, poems\, and social commentary become personal artistic statements\, intersecting art and design. Take inspiration from playful flyers\, sketchbooks\, and photos in the exhibition Ed Fella: Free Work in Due Time. With artist George Evans. \n\n$35 NexGen member (plus one adult); $40 general guest (plus one adult) \n\nRegistration is on a first-come\, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Enrollment varies per class. No prior art-making experience is necessary. This class is designed for children ages 10 and older; children ages 9 and under will not be admitted. Art materials and parking fees included in tuition.
