DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, June 24 a new exhibit will have people heading to the wild blue yonder aboard Battleship IOWA as the historic ship and museum takes off with Battleship FLIGHT – A Naval Aviation Experience.\n\nGuests will get to see up-close a Korean War-era Piasecki HUP-2 Retriever Helicopter\, fully restored and sitting on IOWA’s flight deck. Guest will also be able to have an Augmented Reality HUP Experience of flying an actual HUP helicopter\, as well as\, take a simulated ride in a Virtual Reality Navy Flight Theatre.\n\nBattleship FLIGHT is part of the expanding self-guided tour aboard Battleship IOWA. Ticket prices will remain the same\, $19.95 for Adults\, $16.95 for Seniors and Military\, $11.95 for Youth\, and children 5 and under are FREE. There is an additional fee of $8 to ride the Navy Flight Theatre\, which will be located on the dock next to the ship.
