You will soon understand why Hello Kitty is so famous and popular. The creator of Hello Kitty\, Yoko Yamaguchi is very talented and creative\, now let’s start with things important.\nThe entrance of the Hello Kitty Convention was grand. It had a large banner hang on the top with Hello Kitty and a rainbow. On your right is another entrance to lead more about Hello Kitty. On your left is the dining area and the food truck. There is also a red carpet area to take pictures. When we were all about to enter\, a lady asked us if we wanted to have wristbands for the surprise performance. “Yes!” we excitedly shouted. As soon as the lady finished putting on the wristband\, we ran in like mice to eat the cheese.\nWe first went to vintage village. It was filled with colorful houses\, shops\, and an arcade. We dashed into the crowded arcade. We got ourselves a card and started knocking ourselves out on the games.\nThe convention had so many different places like\, the DJ booth\, Penny Stretcher\, Vintage village\, art corner\, temporary tattoos\, Zen garden\, Hello Kitty friendship village\, art school\, kitty supermarket\, so many more I can’t even name. It would have been awesome if I could bring my friend.\nThe convention lets you express who you are\, lets you be free\, lets yourself fly. Even though the things were pricy\, they gave out free things. My favorite station is the T-shirt station. You can create your own T-shirt\, but it was 35 dollars. I spent around 80 – 90 dollars.\nIf you didn’t get the chance to go\, let me tell you\, it was the best convention I’ve ever been to. Nest time you have to come\, hope to see you. Sayonana (zy – yo – nana)!\n\n    \n \n\n\n\n歡迎實習小記者 Emily 的加入，以下是她報導和感想！\n       \nMy Visit to the Hello Kitty Convention\n\n\nI had a great time at the Hello Kitty Con. We played exciting games inside the Hello Kitty Com. We also tried samples of different foods. We also went into the Super Supermarket and saw a lot of interesting things.\n            First\, we went to the Adventures of Hello Kitty and Bullseye. We played multiple games and had lots of fun. In one game\, we had Hello Kitty tell us our fortune. In another game\, we had to press the button to go up and collect gems to get points. There was one game where you had to pull a red lever and a red plastic coin will shoot up so you can collect points by passing numbers such as 5\, 10\, 20\, 25\, and 50. I collected about 2400 points. I trade in my points for mini Hello Kitty plush\, a nail art sets\, a pen\, pencils\, stickers\, and more.\n            Then\, we went and tried samples of different foods. I tried mini cupcakes\, tacos\, pizza\, and more. I didn’t get to try all the samples. I didn’t try sushi\, shrimps\, macaroons\, and cheesecakes. The samples that I tried were delicious.\n            Lastly\, we went to the Super Supermarket. The Super Supermarket was so much fun because there were many different things to see and to buy. Most booths there gave free stuff such as toys. One booth even photo shopped you into a school bus with Hello Kitty. In another booth\, they made a 3-dimensional figurine of Hello Kitty in front of you. The also had dancing Hello Kitty figurine that dance in front of you at another booth. The Super Supermarket has great shops.\n            In conclusion\, I had an amazing time at the Hello Kitty Con. I think the best part was when we had a party. They gave everybody a bracelet that blinked different colors.  I had a lot of fun at Hello Kitty Con. Thank you Lajajakids.com for letting me have this once in a lifetime experience.\n \n\n\n\n\n實習小記者 Carissa (7) 的初次體驗，看看她的報導和感想！\n        \nMy Visit to the Hello Kitty 40th Birthday Convention\nby Carissa Yu (7)\nBefore Halloween\, I went to Hello Kitty 40th Convention.  My favorite session is the game center.  It was provided by Target.  The first game that I played was the Hello Kitty spinning wheel and I won 150 points!  I also played the Hello Kitty ruby run and "Hello Kity says". Intotal I got 815 points!  I exchanged it for a Hello Kitty bail kit and ear plugs.\n\nAlso\, I visited the vintage village and I saw Hello Kitty sculptures and little play houses.  I took pictures with Hello Kitty figures in the Hello Kitty arts center.\nNext I went to the Hello Kitty gift shop to buy souvenirs for our family members.  I bought a phone (screen) cleaner for my mother\, and I bought my little brother Colton\, a stamp and notepad.

DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n丫 丫 小 記 者 專 訪 ～～\n\n\n\nSTEAM Carnival 數理科技嘉年華\n\n \nSTEM (數理科技) 絕對是近年兒童教育的最熱門課題之一，剛剛在 San Pedro 舉行的第一屆 STEAM Carnival 吸引了上萬個家庭參加，更獲得 IBM、Intel、GE 等大型科技公司的落力支持，現在就跟隨兩位小記者 Aaron 和 QQ 的腳步，一起看看這個將遊戲和嘉年華的娛樂風格融入數理科技學習的精彩活動，到底有多好玩！！\n\n\n       \n\n\n\n\n A Journey of Wonder at the STEAM Carnival Aaron Estrada (8)\nLajajakids Junior Journalist \n\nI had an awesome day at the STEAM carnival. I went to the laser maze\, bean bag toss and interviewed very interesting people. We started with interviewing one of the mentors named Ms. Todd. She said she liked math since she was little. So she studied to be an engineer.  It was nice to learn that they use new technology that is built on well tested technology from IBM. Thank you for the interview Ms. Todd.\n\n     \n\nWe then interviewed the co-organizer of the STEAM carnival. His name is Eric Gradman. He was a cool\, nice and happy man excited to talk with us. I really liked him\, because he was so friendly. He asked us if we liked the event and we said\, "yes". Mr. Gradman said he will plan more STEAM carnival events for us kids each year since we like it.  His goal in 5 years is to have STEAM Carnival in 50 cities all over the world. He said it takes a big team to work together and problem solve to make the event work smoothly. His team must be very big and cool like him. \n\n      \nI also interviewed another Eric Gever who is a mentor for a group of students from Marina High School in Huntington Beach. He is an engineer who mentors high school students. They use many types of technology to create robots to compete in competition each year. Some of the technologies are micro controllers\, speed controllers\, and computer aided design programs. I saw a really cool robot that they built that catches and throws a big ball. It only took them six weeks to build from scratch. I would like to be on his team to build these really awesome robots. I think I would like to build one that floats in the air during an earthquake.  \n\n  \n I saw many cool projects that used Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Art\, and Mathematics. I saw a science experiment with baking soda and my day was already going great!!! There were so many exhibits at the STEAM carnival. We can spend a week here. They had people doing acrobatics\, demonstrating science experiments\, robots\, music\, entertainment\, and materials for us to use to create our own inventions. Then I ate ice cream from the food trucks and went to the laser maze. After we went to the bean bag piano\, we went to play some basketball games made from cardboard boxes. They had lots of big cardboard boxes and QQ and I pretended we were playing in a big Minecraft maze that was taller than us. It gave me some ideas to make some games on my own. At the end\, I went to the VIP lounge to rest and play with QQ. On our way out\, we saw a man in a fire proof "space suit". He was standing in a see through fire chamber. We saw the flames burst all over him over and over again. But he was still alive. It was like a magic show and a circus combined. My mom told me that it was Eric Gradman\, the event organizer who was man we interviewed in the fire. My mom said he used to also be a circus performer and also an engineer. That is a cool very engineer. I hope to see him again.\n \n\n  I learned that science\, technology\, engineering\, art and math can be a great team. It is very interesting and important with all the things that it can make and do. Now I would like to create my own robots\, cars\, space tower\, rooms\, and things.  \n\n\n I had great day with my friend Jaslyne at the STEAM Carnival. We were junior journalists\, explorers\, inventors\, artists\, scientists\, and mathematicians\, and engineers all in same day. I had a blast and a magical day at the STEAM Carnival! \n\n\n\n\nA Day at the STEAM CarnivalJaslyne QQ (8)\nLajajakids Junior Journalist\nI really liked the day I had at the STEAM Carnival\,on October 25th at the port of LA in san pedro. The most fun games I went to were the Laser Maze\, the Magic Mirror\, and the rocking horse race. We first went over our questions outside.  Then interviewing started. We started looking for a mentor.  I was looking at a giant keyboard and my mom saw a lady and asked me to interview her. One of questions were\,"What inspired you to  become a scientist of engineer?\, she answerted"I really liked arthemetic when  I was little." Next we interviewed a organizer. His name was Eric Gradman. he was a cool and funny man to interview.  A question I asked him was "How was STEAM carnival created?" He replyed\,  "I really liked robots. I also loved art.  Me and my friend\, Brent decided that we wanted to share this with the public. That's how it was created.".\n   \n          I also Interviewed Ms. Bing from rolling robots.  She is a nice lady to talk to. They had a cool robots that kid's were controlling in a place nearby.  I asked her 3 questions. One of them were\,"How do you think Rolling Robots is benefiting L.A?" She answered\,  "We have 3 locations\, one in Palos Verdes\,  one in west L.A.\,  and one in Glendale. All the kids who live around there get to go build a robot. About 100 kids come through the door of the 3 locations every day." I want to take classes at rolling robots one day.\n      \n\n            There were a lot of cool games at the carnival. I could have spent all week there!There was a cool fashion show.  All the clothes were related to STEAM. I went to a laser maze and dared Aaron to run through it. After that\,  we went to a beanbag piano and Aaron went to a basketball with moving targets .After all that\, we needed a rest.  We went to check out the VIP room\, and found out it was a lounge! We rested\,  at peanut butter cookies\,  drank vitamin water\, and played on Aaron's ipad. Aaron went out to the laser maze when I went to the bathroom. We both got back\, and decided to spend the last 10 minutes the best we could.  We played+played+played until we had to go.As we left\,we saw a fire burst out! WHOOSH! It was warm outdoors because of this.There was a man inside of the thing\, and he was still alive! The way the fire burst out was by people shooting balls to hit a bulls-eye to send flames up. If you coudn't throw it\, you could go up and push it!\n\n\n   \n\nWe finnally left and went back to our cars. I was sad not to see Aaron any more and to not be able to do the laser maze\, but also happy I saw Aaron and went to the STEAM carnival. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

DESCRIPTION:  \n\nIf you also want to apply for becoming a junior journalist\, click here for details\n\nJaslyne (age 8)\n\n\n\nInterview Q & A with Steve Songs\nby Jaslyne\,  Junior Journalist\n\n\n\nQ- When did you start singing? \nA- when I was in 3rd grade I started singing in a school chorus\, (though I have some tape recordings of my mother and I singing nursery rhymes together when I was 2) but when I was in 7th grade I got my first solo. I was so nervous that I almost threw up\, but as uncomfortable as that was\, something about the experience of singing a song by myself for people who wanted to listen was exciting enough to keep me doing it.\n\n\n\nQ- What is your hobby? \nA- I love playing sports\, and helping my kids with their hobbies.  \n\nQ- Do you sing songs in other languages? \nA- yes\, I've written a few songs in Spanish and was actually able to perform them in Puerto Rico last year.  \n\nQ- A lot of your fans are Asian kids\,   do you plan singing a song in Chinese? \nA-ooh that would be so cool. The only word I know in Chinese is “Ni Hao” (hello?) if you send me some lyrics/words and explain how to pronounce them we might be able to write a song in Chinese.  \n\nQ- Were you inspired by any singers when you were a kid? If so\, who? \nA- I loved school house rock songs when I was a kid. And I really enjoyed watching a band called The Monkeys on TV. When I got a little older\, James Taylor became my favorite. \n\n\nQ- What was your favorite song that you wrote? \nA-   I can’t have a favorite song – otherwise all of my other songs would get jealous and it wouldn’t be good for their self confidence. I do get excited about playing some new songs. We have a new song called “Into the Magical” that we’ll be singing in LA and I really enjoy singing that one.\n\nQ- If you were not a singer\, what job would you like to do? \nA- circus trapeze   \n\nQ- What songs would you recommend to older kids? (ages 9-12) \nA- Song without a Rhyme. Older kids tend to find it funny.  \n\nQ- If someone said you were bad\, would you keep singing? A- that's a great question. I am very fortunate that when I started writing music\, the people around me were very supportive\, even though I admittedly wasn't very good at writing songs when I started. Gosh\, it's hard to know what I would have done if people back then told me I was bad. I think I would always have written music for a hobby no matter what people said about the music\, but it's very possible that I wouldn't have started to do it as a job if people had told me that I was bad. Thank goodness - because now I can't imagine doing any other job. That would have been quite sad. If people were to tell me now that I'm bad (and believe me some people do - my you tube videos are open to comments)\, while it certainly wouldn't make me feel good\, I know that I am writing songs that say something that is important to me and that since I've been doing this job of writing and singing for so long I'm better at it than I've ever been before.  I’ll never be “the best”\, but I always love trying to be “my best”.\n\nQ- Who is SILLY\, a puppet or a person? If he is a puppet\, then who is his handler?  \nA- Silly is a puppet. But don't tell him (he doesn't know that). I am his handler\, and for some reason when HE sings very loudly it hurts MY voice. Silly will be coming with us on our trip to California next week. (age 8)\n\nAaron's Journal ~~ Steve Songs Interview\nWhen my mom told me I will get to interview Mr. Steve as Jr. Journalist for La JaJaKids\, I was feeling shy at first. But after\, I was feeling excited.  All my family was excited. I knew of Mr. Steve\, because when I was home sick or when my grandparents watched me\, I would get to watch kid channels on TV. Mr. Steve was on PBS kids.\n \nTo prepare for being onstage\, I watched two Youtube videos to learn the dance moves to the song\, Recess Rocks. I practiced at home at night and even at the library garden. My mom even knows the dance moves.\nTo prepare for the interview\, I need to make up 10 interview questions to ask Mr. Steve. I made up some questions and they also helped me with some.  I typed up the interview questions on notes my mom’s phone. Mr. Steve was very nice to answer all the questions in an email. These are a few things that I learned about Mr. Steve.  He used to play soccer in 5th grade and he would like to learn the saxophone one day. His son likes to play the drum. His children listens to his songs and they have cameo appearance in some of his shows.  Sometimes\, his children learns his songs from seeing him on TV. Mr. Steve says live shows are “like a little island of fun.” Mr. Steve also likes to spend time with his family and got to go on vacation to places like Hawaii\, the White House\, Florida\, South Carolina\, and other places.  He wakes up very early and has a very long busy day sometimes\, but he always has a smile.\n \nOn Sunday\, July 27th\, my parents and I met with Jaslyne who is the other Jr. journalist and her parents. We met early to look over the questions and decide which two questions each of us will ask Mr. Steve. We then got to eat lunch and watch Mr. Steve sing at the outdoor stage. Then\, jaslyne and I got invited onstage. When the song started I thought it was Recess Rocks\, but it was Reading Rocks. Luckily\, it was almost alike and I just followed along. I had so much fun dancing on stage with Mr. Steve\, Jaslyne and some other kids. There were even real bubbles.\nAfter the performance\, it was time to do our interview. I was a little nervous\, but Mr. Steve and Jaslyne are very nice. I asked Mr. Steve if he likes math and if he has any math songs. He said he does like math but enjoys making songs about science like gravity. Mr. Steve is working on a new song called\, “Many ways to make a whole.” The song Orangutan Van has math in it. We got to film the first part of the video at the end. We even got to go have incredible ice cream treats after we finished with Jaslyne and her family. The day was so much fun.\n  \nThe adventure was not over yet. I will get to dance on stage at another show with Mr. Steve soon. This time\, I practiced to dance to the song Reading Rocks with Mr. Steve in a few days. On Wednesday\, we got to have a picnic at Levitt Pavilion.  I saw Mr. Steve get ready for his show. The stage was outside and big. The picnic was yummy and Jaslyne taught me how to play a card game. In the meantime\, I had fun helping at the merchandise booth. When it was time to go onstage\, I did my best to dance along with the other kids and Mr. Steve. We had so much fun. We got to dance to two songs and that was the best. My week was so cool. \n\nAt the end\, I got a CD and asked for Mr. Steve's autograph for my cousins too. Mr. Steve can make many kids happy with his songs. He is a very friendly\, funny and cool guy. He can sing and dance and also make a puppet talk.  I went up to him at the end of the night and said\, "Mr. Steve\, you are awesome." He say you are not shy anymore. \nI really liked having this chance as a Jr. Journalist for La JaJa Kids. I learned that smiling is good for you. This week was the best week ever.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInterview Q & A with Steve Songs\nby Aaron E.\,  Junior Journalist\n Q -Did you take music classes when you were a kid?\nA- No\, I wish I had. When I was in 5th grade I had to choose between learning to play saxophone or playing travel soccer and I chose soccer. I still hope to one day take saxophone lessons. Maybe when our kids go to college. J\nMy son started taking drum lessons this year at the age of 6 and he really likes it and has great rhythm. I go into some of his classes and play around on the drums too.    \n \nQ- What kind of music do you like to listen to?\nA- I like many different types of music. My favorite is probably singer/songwriter contemporary folk. For example Martin Sexton and The Weepies.    \n \nQ- How do you create a song and the music to go with it?\nA- I make different songs different ways- but many times I have a topic in mind like Opposites or kindness and I spend time brainstorming all of the possible ideas that might be related to that subject. Sometimes I do that with no music but other times I do it with a guitar in hand and try singing some of the brainstormed phrases with the guitar until a song "map" starts to take shape. I try to work until the inspiration runs out and then I revisit the song ideas on a separate day with "new eyes" to see which ideas appeal to me. And then comes the hardest part of writing any song - finishing it. Sometimes you have to pull things apart (words\, music\, phrases) and then find another way to put them together in order for the whole song to work just right.   It is one of the most satisfying things\, though\, to finish writing a song that you are proud of.\n \nQ- Where is your favorite place to sing?\nA-  The shower\n \nQ- What is a typical day like in your life?\n A- There is not really a typical day for me. When I'm not traveling\, I spend much of my day with my family - usually going into my office by 11:00am and leaving by 3:00 to get my son off the bus. On the other hand\, travel/ show days can be pretty full. Take today for example: After Chris (my bandmate) and I got into our Orlando hotel late last night and practiced some songs\, we got a short night of sleep then woke at 6:00am to get ready for the days events.  We took a cab to downtown Orlando's Public Library\, met the sound crew and set up our performance equipment from 8:00 to 9:30.  People then started arriving for the first show. There were some young helpers who had agreed ahead of time to come early and learn one of the dances before the show? So I taught them the dance and finished just a few minutes before the start of our concert. We played for about an hour until 11:30. Live shows are like a little island of fun time in an otherwise crazy busy schedule. A chance to share songs you've created with hundreds of people who are willing to listen. Shows always get me excited and help me feel grateful for the job I have and this show was no exception - we had about 400 people at the library and they were super at singing and dancing along throughout the show.  After the show\, I met with families from the audience\, took pictures and shared jokes with kids until 12:30.  Here's a good one I heard: which Knight measured the round table? Sir Cumference. I then ran upstairs to eat a quick sandwich ( or rather to quickly eat a sandwich that had no speed whatsoever).  Our second show started at 1:00. There were about half the number of people\, but Chris and I put on a better\, more cohesive performance - which is how it usually happens with a multiple show day (the first show gets you settled in and the second you feel more comfortable taking chances with the music and the presentation and are able to have more fun with it). After that second show and the meet and greet with families\, we packed up our equipment.  I immediately went to the other side of the library to meet with some folks from the local PBS station (WUCF).  They brought a camera to the library and set up some lights to film a few promo videos.  For some of the promos I just say things like "hi\, I'm Mr Steve from PBS kids.  Thanks for supporting public television and watching music time right here on WUCF". But then I also got to interview a cute and funny little 7 year old on camera and then write a little song about WUCF.  We finished everything at 4:00. An old friend of mine from 1st grade\, who lives in Orlando\, then picked us up at the library\, we stopped for a quick dinner (actually the dinner didn't move any faster than lunch) and continued on to the airport to catch our 7:00 flight which didn't actually take off until 8:00. And so here I am on Southwest Airlines typing some answers to interview questions from a couple of very thoughtful young reporters. I'm guessing we'll land\, get our car and be home between midnight and 1:00.      \n \nQ- Do you go on vacation and if so where do you like to vacation?\nA-  For a bunch of years we treated some concert travel trips as vacation and some or all of the family would go.  We got to go to some cool places: Hawaii\, The White House in DC\, California\, Martha's Vineyard\, Florida\, etc.  but just this year we took a family trip down to Myrtle beach in South Carolina. I didn't have any shows and didn't even bring my guitar. It was very liberating.\n \nQ- Does your child listen to your songs?\nA- Yes. In fact for our most recent album\, both my son (who was 4) and my daughter (who was 2) have cameo appearances. Joshua raps on the song “Flat Stanley” and Nadia says "Bubbles"   At the end of the bubbles song.  One time when my son was 4\, we were playing checkers and he started to sing one of my songs that I didn’t think he had ever heard before. I said “where did you hear that?” He answered\, “You sang it on TV this morning.” That was funny.\n \nQ- Where do you go from here?\nA-    This week we will be playing shows in Boston\, LA\, Reno\, Pasadena\, and Madison Wisconsin. If you meant figuratively "where"\, then I don't know the answer. J\n \nQ- Do you have any song for math?  Do you like math?\nA-    Yes\, I do like math.and I love writing songs about science topics. For math I have a song called pirates that challenges the listeners to count all of the pirates that get added to the ship. We have "5 frowns" which subtracts frowns and adds smiles. I'm working on a new song called "many ways to make a whole" which plays with fractions and our new album's title song "Orangutan Van" introduces an empty 11 person passenger van and asks the listener at each stop to figure out how many Orangutans can fit in the van.\n\n\n\n\nIf you want to apply for becoming a junior journalist\, click here for details\n

DESCRIPTION: 專 訪 AYSO 足 球 球 證 Peter Chan -- Part II\n認 識 美 國 青 少 年 足 球 聯 賽 後 續 及 蒙 特 利 市 未 來 發 展\n相信大家透過上個禮拜的訪談，對AYSO有了一定的瞭解，想繼續瞭解更多？快來聽聽陳議員Peter Chan對美國青少年足球發展的看法。\n\n�\n\n丫丫：你覺得小朋友從踢球中可以學到什麽？\n陈：小朋友在運動中難免會跌倒受傷，父母會心痛，但家長也要捨得讓孩子去經歷，因為在這過程中，他們才會知道如何面對受傷和困難，這樣孩子才會得到成長。\n \n  \n \n丫丫：是否覺得當今的孩子比以前的孩子更被人呵護？\n陈：確實是。因為以前一個家庭的孩子比較多，管不了那麼多，現在的父母對於家裡的幾個孩子當然是呵護備至。而且時代也不同了，我記得我孩子跟我說過一句話：“爸爸，你生在以前那個時代，當然會勤奮努力邊工作邊學習，換作是你年輕的時候生活在我們這個時代，可能你也會不想做那麼多。”我聽到的時候，無語了。的確，因著時間的改變，我們也不停地適應著環境變化而生存，但我相信，core value 是不變的，孩子們還是要努力去學習。 \n丫丫：AYSO是否達到成立時想要達到的目標？\n陈：很可惜，并沒有。最主要是錢的問題，讓足球賽不像其他球賽一樣中場有那麼多休息，正式的球賽，一場平均45分鐘，兩場加起來就是90分鐘。在這當中是很少廣告可以打進來，換而言之，錢就很少。少了贊助支持，就會沒有足夠的獎學金去支持孩子們去足球這方面發展。事實上，在加州，也并沒有很多大學有足球球隊，可見，足球業在美國可是挺難發展。\n丫丫：請問足球員的生涯壽命很短？\n陈：對的。因為足球需要很大的爆發力，體力要很多，技術要求高，而且又很容易受傷，基本上足球員的生涯平均不超過30歲。在美國，要成為正式足球球判也不容易，通常都是挑選35-45之間的運動員，只有10年時間。 \n丫丫：你最喜歡為哪個年齡段的球隊做球判？\n陈：中學階段。那個階段的孩子10幾歲，相對比較成熟，球技也比較好了，10歲以上的孩子的球賽已經是正式的。其實，做球判無論做哪一場，都難免會出錯，但這是個teamwork，球判也要和其他人一齊合作，互相幫忙，要把場面控制好才算好。\n丫丫：最後，對家裡有踢足球的孩子有什麽好的建議？\n陈：我覺得首先要看孩子是否真的喜歡足球才讓他們去學習，還要看他們是否適合，要知道足球技術要求高，不是每個人都能做到那要求。不過，興趣還是最重要的，因為無論什麽運動，都在於鍛煉身體，讓孩子們有更多的體力和精神去學習。\n\n\n\n\n身為蒙市市議員的 Peter Chan 最後還給我們分享了蒙特利市最近的發展計劃：\n多虧了蒙市的酒店和商場的收入來源，讓市政府有更多的稅收，可以做更多的服務設施。例如一些舊式公寓的remodel\, 公園的設施建設等。最近的一個工程就是要將Barnes Park 的遊樂設施全部改裝和更新，特別是那些吊杆，因為夏天的時候那些鐵的吊杆會很熱，小朋友手碰到會不好。工程大概暑假6月就會完成，到時候，大家就會看到一個全新的Barnes Park。\n\n\n\n\n \n最近在 LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) 有一個關於足球的展覽 – Futbol: The Beautiful Game，歡迎喜歡足球的大小朋友去觀看欣賞！\n\nFree Day at LACMA: Monterey Park\nIn conjunction with the Monterey Park Art+Film Lab presented by LACMA\, join on Sunday\, April 6\, 2014\, for a free* day at the museum.\nClick here for more info.\n 如果想瞭解更多AYSO，請點擊官網：www.ayso.org\n
