DESCRIPTION:我想，每位媽媽在寶寶出生後三年內，大概都有幻想過自已開一家親子餐廳。原因很簡單，帶一個兩歲幼兒外出用餐的享受程度大概接近於「零」，在餵食和清理的同時，爸媽們能真正享用美食的機會有多少，相信大家都心知肚明，更不要說新手媽媽想帶著孩子來和單身的女性朋友們見面聚舊、風花雪月一番，簡直是天方夜譚。\n\n\n\n原來好萊塢大明星 Jessica Biel 做了媽媽之後，也深有同感，更索性和幾位資深餐廳業者朋友真的開了一家高級親子餐廳～～ Au Fudge。當它正式開幕的消息傳來，我們第一時間參觀了這家超級豪華的家庭餐廳，除了試吃它的美食之外，更親身了解 Au Fudge 超體貼的 au pair 保姆托兒和兒童娛樂服務，讓我們大開眼界。。。\n\n\n\n門面看起來很簡單，附近停車不容易，大家都選擇代客泊車的服務，價錢還算合理。\n\n\n    \n\n\n\n迎接我們的是一對親切的 hostess （左） 和 waitress （右），兩位所穿著的分別是 Au Fudge 的兩種制服，很有 fashion sense。\n\n進入餐廳前，先經過精品廊和烘培店，門口的大蛋糕好誘人喔！\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n主用餐區的燈光刻意調暗，製造慵懶舒適的氛圍，和一般親子餐廳的大白光很不一樣。\n最讓我們驚訝的，是這個佔據整面牆壁的大酒吧！還真是第一次看見親子餐廳的酒類供應如此齊全，好萊塢的媽媽果然與眾不同！\n\n\n  \n餐牌分兩個，不過不是按大人小孩來分，而是分正餐（包含適合小孩吃的 Petite ）和甜點兩種。\n    \n食具好別緻，餐碟每個都印上店名，還沒吃就已經讓人心情愉悅了。。。\n\n  \n食物以典型加州風格為主，也有異國風情，印度風、拉丁風、日本風，都有一點點，味道極好，價錢嘛，就不要計較咯。。。\n還有。。。超級推介它的各類甜點，任何一款都不會令你失望，真的！\n \n\n\n\n 半戶外的用餐區有很別緻的天花裝飾，適合家長與孩子一同用餐，我們看到幾個女生很專心地畫畫。\n\n\n\n\n經過一道門，就來到我們最想探索的地方 ～～ Creative Zone，預先報名登記了的小朋友可以在這裡玩遊戲、上畫畫課（hostess 告訴我們遲些還會有音樂課和瑜珈課呢！）最重要的是，這裡還有幾位 au pairs 保姆全程在照顧小孩，媽媽完全可以在餐廳盡情放鬆啦！\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n暗暗的角落原來是放置了懷舊遊戲機和 photo booth，還有kalaoke 設備，讓愛現的小孩子大展歌喉。\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n

But she meets her match in Mrs. Trotter\, whose strongest weapon is unconditional love.
