In this workshop\, learn how to make your own miniature worm composting bins using recycled materials. Supplies limited; register by Thursday before start date.\n\nParticipants should bring two nested containers. They can be yogurt containers\, to-go soup containers\, large tupperware\, etc. The container should be plastic and preferably with a lid and a wide mouth. Holes will be punctured to the lid and bottom of the containers for drainage and air. Topics for the workshops will rotate throughout the year to feature relevant\, seasonal lessons and activities.\n\nRSVP is requested\, but registration is also available at the door. Every workshop is offered free of charge.\n\nBy creating something with their hands related to the history topic of the month\, children will further create memories based upon their history lessons. Families can expect a fun-filled learning hour at the museum!

Brandon Vinson (Grave Digger) kept the competition close with wins in four different competitions.  Mark List (El Toro Loco®) went 8-1 in Monster Jam racing\, claiming two titles on the weekend. Eichelberger used consistency to add to wins in Freestyle\, ATV and Speedster Obstacle action. Menninga swept Two-Wheel Skills and added a pair of Freestyle and racing wins en route to a pair of event championships. Bari Musawwir (Zombie™) scored a pair of Donut wins and grabbed an event championship. (Full Results)\n\nNext Event – Kansas City\, MO – Jan. 12-14\n\nArena Tour (Charlotte\, NC)\n\nCam McQueen (Northern Nightmare) opened the series with an Event championship and backed it up with second title\, but finds himself a handful of points behind in his championship quest. Pablo Huffaker (Grave Digger) swept the Donut competition and added a pair of Racing wins with a Two-Wheel Skills title to boot. Both Huffaker and McQueen captured Freestyle with Linsey Read (Scooby-Doo!™) winning the final Freestyle. Neil Elliott (Max-D™) put on a clinic to the delight of the fans to dominate the Two Wheel Skills\, getting the highest score ever awarded. The night was capped when Brianna Mahon (Whiplash™) claimed her first career Freestyle victory. The Event Championship went to LeDuc\, but Adam Anderson (Grave Digger®) retains the series point lead. The goal is to help as many children as possible start their journey with a basketball across all 50 U.S. states.\n\nIn addition to the “It All Starts with a Ball” campaign\, Baden will provide the Globetrotters with their iconic red\, white and blue basketballs for all promotional activities and games. Baden will receive traditional in-game assets and OOH marketing assets advertising as part of their renewed deal to extend their brand and campaign globally. You will see such iconic singers as Smokey Robinson and the Miracles\, the Supremes\, Marvin Gaye\, Stevie Wonder\, and the Jackson 5 performing early in their careers on TV\, as well as highlights from two of Motown’s most illustrious and enduring specials\, TCB and Motown 25: Yesterday\, Today\, Forever. We invite you to also visit the Paley Center library to watch the full programs in our African-American Collection.\n\nIn the gallery you can watch exclusive Paley Center compilations of the television work of African-American actors\, writers\, producers\, journalists\, athletes\, and musicians who had a powerful impact on American society and culture. We hope you will discover some inspiring facts about these artists that you did not know before.\n\nIn the interactive video display\, test your knowledge about our featured African-American achievers and quiz yourself on your Motown mojo.
